Judy DeFeo, Owner
Ms. DeFeo graduated cum laude from CUNY, Queens College and was employed by Goldman Sachs in New York for 15 years in the Treasury and Banking Division. As Vice President, Ms. DeFeo managed a team of employees whose responsibilities included cash management, bank reconciliations, fee analysis, and process improvements.
Additionally, Ms. DeFeo prepared, tracked, and analyzed the division’s twenty million dollar global budget and allocations for eight Goldman Sachs offices in New York, Europe and Asia.
Ms. DeFeo has parlayed her vast experience into helping clients through her own business, JADDE Financial Solutions, LLC. By meeting clients and learning their individual needs, we can tailor a financial program that’s right for each client.

Linda Padula, Associate
Ms. Padula graduated with a B.S. in Economics and Business and a minor in Business Communications magna cum laude from SUNY – College at Oneonta. She was employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co., New York for 17 years. As Manager in the Treasury Department, Ms. Padula ran the Cash Management desk which monitored a daily cash flow of $40 Billion across all product lines. She was also responsible for financing the firm’s short term funds needs.
Other career highlights include: creating and implementing the Department’s Disaster Recovery and Contingency Plans, liaison between Information Technology and Management responsible for testing new applications as well as being apart of the Process Control, Bank Reconciliation and Budget and Allocations teams.
Ms. Padula enjoys referring to her Wall Street knowledge while providing exceptional QuickBooks financial support to her clients.

Robin Felix, Associate
Ms. Felix comes to JADDE Financial Solutions, LLC with a vast background in finance and accounting. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University and was employed by Prudential Insurance for ten years. During her tenure at Prudential she worked in the Insurance Division, then in the Derivative Accounting Department and lastly in the Retirement Services Finance Department.
Ms. Felix was an integral part in the integration of Prudential’s multi billion dollar acquisition of CIGNA Retirement. As manager of the Retirement Services Finance Department, Ms. Felix was responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly plans and forecasts for senior management.
